i know i'm late. holidays make me super lazy. that'll change in a fortnight when i get bored and proffess my complete desire to go back to uni. i gave my boss a letter telling her i'm unsatisfied with what's (not) getting done at work before my shift starts on saturday nights. getting out on time (without shortcuts) is a carefully orchestrated affair, so we can't really afford to start on the back foot. tbh, i'm not the biggest fan of the new crew leader, and i had a shiver of fear last saturday night while at work, that this is like how my job at spotlight ended. but i think i learnt enough from that, to deal with dissatisfaction at work before they stop giving me shifts.

Often at the end of semesters, rather than spend all my time finishing my uni work, i find myself instead spending all my time writing. the closer i get to assessment, the more obsessed i become. this last semester saw me revisit a story i started at least two and a half years ago (read: before i finished Rapunzel) and i've continued to tinker with it.
until today. a friend of mine read it and approved it for sharing.
i believe it to be recognisably my writing, but at the same time quite different to my other stories. please critique it. i'll be updating installments about three times a week.

i had a ball, and the year got away from me. sometimes when i get in a mood i go over my old journal entries, and i think it will be interesting to look at these later on.
thanks for putting up with me - now onto the rest of 2011 and beyond!

i'm not dead. uni just finished for the year, and i have big plans to organise every single thing over these holidays, including dA and my computer hard drive. a proper update will come soon.

hahaha, Shane was annoyed at his work the other day too, only 2 people showed up, the rest were "sick" 
The Mackay Show was on and they totally went and watched the fireworks, so he had to stay till 2:30am instead of leaving at 11. And they still got paid!
